The New Wiltshire Wedding Video Trailer

Wednesday, October 27, 2010

For a lot of couples getting married, they are not entirely sure what a wedding video consists of. So to try and highlight some of the different options available I produced the following trailer - shot at the beautiful Cleeve House in Seend, and the lovely church in North Bradley, Wiltshire.

With us a wedding video is exactly what you want it to be - whether it is a highlights film of the day edited to your favourite song, a full version of the ceremony to show your children and grandchildren in years to come, the full speeches, a video guestbook of personal messages left by your family and friends or whatever you desire. And obviously what you want on your DVD will also depend on the budget you have available - which is why we tailor every wedding video to your unique requirements.

Our typical prices are £500 - £750, but some may be even cheaper depending on what you want on your wedding DVD. So if you're getting married and not sure what kind of wedding video to go for, or if you have enough money for one, then get in touch and speak to Jamie for more information and a price. Email: jamie@ivisualise.co.uk

We hope you enjoy the trailer.

We recommend Ecosia

Friday, October 15, 2010

We have just discovered Ecosia. If you haven't heard of them either, then please check them out. They are an online search engine with a difference... they donate 80% of their financial gain to saving the rainforest. Each search saves 2 qm of forest. This idea is too good to neglect. They are just as good as google or bing, but by searching with Ecosia you are also helping the environment, so please bookmark them and start using them today, we are: http://www.Ecosia.org/

We need YOUR help!

Tuesday, September 7, 2010

Thanks to our followers on Facebook we have been able to improve the Wiltshire Wedding Video website - some viewers of the website were having problems watching the videos due to the speed of their connection... so now the videos have a full control panel (pause, stop, fast forward, rewind and adjust volume) to give you more control and stop the video from buffering and keep stop/starting on it's own.

We have also changed the order of the sample videos on the site, just in case users were giving up with a slow connection after only watching one clip, and added an extended testimonial section in the introduction (that you can also skip).

So now we need YOUR help!
Does the site make sense to navigate - can you find the information or section you are looking for? Are the links obvious and large enough to click? And is it clear what you have to click to go to the next video, and that you can go to the next video whilst watching another? Is there anything you dislike or would like to be changed/improved.

The Apple Problem - After testing other video and flash sites online, I am concerned as to whether the website works on an iPad or iPhone as well as other mobile devices like Blackberry. If you have one of these can you please check the site for me and let me know if the main content and videos work on your device... otherwise I will have to look into creating an extra new compatible site!

All comments are very gratefully received, we read all of them, and they help us to improve our websites, the work we do and the service we provide, so please respond to this post through our Facebook page.

Wedding DVD

Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Christian and Beth's wedding video has been edited together and it has been produced in 3 separate sections:
1) Highlights Film - a 3mins 30secs film of highlights from the wedding day, cut to their favourite song, Michael Bublé's "Everything".
2) Full Ceremony - from the entrance of the bride, to the exit of the bride and groom, this is the full ceremony, edited between the two camera angles and shots of guests etc.
3) The Speeches - the speeches and toasts in all their entirety.

These films have been programmed and burnt onto a Video DVD, that the couple can play on their TV and DVD Player, or Computer, or any device with a DVD Player. When they insert the DVD, a simple, yet beautiful, menu loads with their list of film options, for them to select 'play'. Below is an image of the menu playing on a TV - the DVDs are typically produced with widescreen (16:9) menu and film content.

And of course, the DVDs are presented beautifully as well, in printed DVD cases, and with a gold lightscribe (laser printed) disc. Christian and Beth's gold DVD is shown below.

And we always supply the happy couple with 3 copies of the DVD (typically they keep one for themselves and give one each to their parents or families).

We can also supply the highlights film as a high quality video file suitable for the internet - so you can add it to your YouTube, Vimeo, Myspace or FaceBook pages, or of course to a blog or website of your own. Years of film production experience and creating video for the web means that you get the best possible quality files, to then share your wedding film with family and friends around the world. Christian and Beth's wedding highlights will be online soon, so please check back.

New Film Samples on Wiltshire Wedding Video

Wednesday, August 4, 2010

The Wiltshire Wedding Video website has just been updated and features two new films in the "video samples" section of the site. Jamie and Jackie's wedding is one of those films, and the other is the highlights of Talea's First Birthday - not only do we produce videos and photography for weddings, but also other special occasions, such as birthdays. So why not check out the films and get in touch to discuss your special day. Email: jamie@ivisualise.co.uk for more information.
In the video samples, you will also be able to watch Laurence & Gemma's wedding highlights, their Video Guestbook, and Mark & Kristy's wedding highlights. It really is such a fantastic way to capture your special occasion and relive it over and over again.
